Welcome to Emany Couture. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, and other information on our website are accurate.

Because our made-to-order gowns are handcrafted, slight variations in color, fabric texture, embroidery, beading, embellishments, or handmade details may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted gowns and do not constitute a defect.

For ready-to-ship gowns, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations in finishing may occur. These are not considered defects.

Our Collections

Emany Couture offers two distinct collections:

1. Made-to-Order Gowns
Many of our gowns are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer. These gowns are designed by me and produced in collaboration with trusted ateliers across Jordan, Egypt, and China.

2. Ready-to-Ship Gowns
These gowns are personally selected by me from trusted international suppliers. They are not designed by me and are not made to your measurements. They are available in standard sizes and shipped directly to you.

Made-to-Order Gowns

Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Please carefully review your order details, measurements, customization requests, and shipping information before confirming your purchase.

Ready-to-Ship Gowns

  • These gowns are not customizable and come in standard sizes.

  • Preparation time: 10 to 15 days.

  • Delivery time: 10 to 15 days after dispatch.

  • Total estimated time: 20 to 30 days.

  • Shipping is free.

  • Limited quantities — once a piece is gone, it may not return.

Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges may vary depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times may vary depending on the design, customization, destination, and shipping method.

For made-to-order gowns, production typically takes 4 to 8 weeks.

For ready-to-ship gowns, the total estimated time is 20 to 30 days, including preparation and delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For Made-to-Order Gowns:
As our gowns are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Issues involving damage, defects, incorrect items, or confirmed production errors will be reviewed according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For Ready-to-Ship Gowns:
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery if the gown does not fit or does not match your expectations. The gown must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your gown arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will cover the return and offer a full refund or a replacement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Emany Couture website, including photographs, designs, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Emany Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission.

Please note that ready-to-ship gowns are not original Emany Couture designs. They are selected from external suppliers and are not covered by our intellectual property rights.

Changes to These Terms

Emany Couture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page.
