Are your gowns made to order?
We offer two collections at Emany Couture:

Made-to-Order Couture — designed by me and created specifically for each customer.

Ready-to-Ship Gowns — personally selected by me from trusted international suppliers, available for immediate dispatch.
So not every gown is made to order — but every gown is chosen with care.
Are your gowns handmade?
For Made-to-Order Gowns:
Yes. Our made-to-order gowns may include extensive handcrafted embroidery, beading, embellishments, and other detailed finishing. Because of the handmade nature of our gowns, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.
For Ready-to-Ship Gowns:
These gowns are produced by our international suppliers and may include machine and hand finishing. They are not made to your measurements and are not designed by me.
Where are your gowns made?
Made-to-Order Gowns: We work with carefully selected specialized ateliers and production partners across Jordan, Egypt, and China, depending on the design and craftsmanship required.
Ready-to-Ship Gowns: These are sourced from trusted international suppliers and shipped directly to you.
Can I request customization?
For Made-to-Order Gowns:
Yes. Selected gowns may be customized depending on the design. Customization options may include measurements, details, fabrics, colors, embroidery, or other elements. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements.
For Ready-to-Ship Gowns:
No. These gowns come in standard sizes and are not customizable. If you are unsure about sizing, please message us before ordering and we will help you choose.
How long does it take to make my gown?
For Made-to-Order Gowns:
Production time varies depending on the design, embroidery, materials, customization, and availability. The estimated production time will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed. Typically, it takes 4 to 8 weeks.
For Ready-to-Ship Gowns:

Preparation time: 10 to 15 days.

Delivery time: 10 to 15 days after dispatch.

Total estimated time: 20 to 30 days.
Can I return or exchange my gown?
For Made-to-Order Gowns:
Because our gowns are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
If your gown arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a confirmed production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
For Ready-to-Ship Gowns:
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery if the gown does not fit or does not match your expectations. The gown must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your gown arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will cover the return and offer a full refund or a replacement.
What if there are slight differences from the photos?
For Made-to-Order Gowns:
Our gowns are handcrafted, and slight variations in embroidery, beading, embellishments, fabric texture, color, or placement of handmade details may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted couture and are not considered defects.
For Ready-to-Ship Gowns:
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Minor variations in finishing may occur. These are not considered defects.
How do I choose the correct size?
For Made-to-Order Gowns:
Please refer to our Size Guide and carefully follow the measurement instructions before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
For Ready-to-Ship Gowns:
These gowns come in standard sizes. Please refer to our Size Guide and message us before ordering if you are unsure. We are happy to help you choose the right size.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Shipping availability and delivery times depend on the destination.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
