A clear guide to help you find the right fit — whether you are ordering a made-to-order gown or a ready-to-ship gown.

Important Note: This guide is divided into two sections. Please read the section that applies to your order.

PART 1: MADE-TO-ORDER GOWNS

These gowns are designed by me and made specifically to your measurements. The measurements below are body measurements, not garment measurements.

How to Take Your Measurements

1. BUST

• Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the bust.

• Ensure the tape is level and parallel to the floor.

• Keep the tape snug but not tight; stand relaxed.

2. WAIST

• Locate the natural waist at the smallest point above the belly button.

• Wrap the tape around the waist naturally, no pulling.

• Stand straight, arms relaxed at sides.

3. HIPS

• Measure around the fullest part of the hips/bottom.

• Keep the tape level around the widest point.

• Stand with feet together, relaxed.

4. HOLLOW TO HEM

• Start from the hollow at the base of the neck (collarbone).

• Run the tape straight down to the desired hem length.

• Stand barefoot, straight posture, no shoes.

Please Note:

• Use a soft, flexible measuring tape, not a stretcher.

• Always measure twice for accuracy and record immediately.

• Stand tall, shoulders relaxed, feet together.

Please Note:

• These are body measurements, not garment measurements (we add the necessary ease for movement).

• If you are between sizes, please choose according to your largest measurement.

• For the best fit, we highly recommend professional measurements.

PART 2: READY-TO-SHIP GOWNS

Ready-to-ship gowns are personally selected by me from trusted international suppliers. They are not designed by me and are not made to your measurements. They come in standard sizes set by the supplier.

Important:

• Each gown has its own size chart. You will find the specific size chart for each ready-to-ship gown on its product page.

• The measurements in these charts are usually garment measurements (the measurements of the dress itself), not body measurements.

• Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

• If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.

What to Check Before Ordering a Ready-to-Ship Gown:

• Compare your body measurements with the garment measurements in the product's size chart.

• If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size, as these gowns cannot be customized.

• Remember: ready-to-ship gowns cannot be altered by us before shipping.

No Custom Size Available
Ready-to-ship gowns cannot be customized. If you need a gown made to your exact measurements, please explore our made-to-order collection.

Returns for Sizing Issues
If a ready-to-ship gown does not fit, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the gown is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
